Bruce Pazner is the founder and managing partner of Pazner Law. He has been instrumental in its development, growth, and continued success, including successful resolutions of countless cases and numerous million-dollar outcomes for injured clients. Bruce’s practice focuses on representing individuals who have suffered injuries in motor-vehicle accidents, first-party insurance disputes, and the specialized area of medical provider representation for unpaid bills against Michigan no-fault insurance companies.
After graduating from Michigan State University in 1982, Bruce received his law degree from the Detroit College of Law in 1986. For the next 10 years he worked as an insurance defense lawyer discovering the tactics that insurance companies utilize to avoid making payments in auto claims.
In 1996, Bruce left the insurance companies behind and started representing victims of auto and motorcycle accidents. He also became a pioneer in representing hospitals and orthopedic facilities in direct causes of action against no-fault insurance companies.
His representative clients include St. John Hospital and Medical Center, Providence Hospital, Oakwood Hospital, St. Mary’s Medical Center of Saginaw and Mendelson Orthopedics P.C.
